They were flying on instinct in situations that demanded precision.She built Traffyk to fix that. The platform uses workforce and public data to help organisations predict reputation risk before it becomes public. Kate's ambition is to elevate the standing of corporate affairs leaders globally by giving them the scientific rigour of real time data to support their decisions at the leadership table. Kate brings more than 25 years' experience across financial services and large listed companies. Her background in applied finance and investment banking gave her something unusual in corporate affairs: a knowledge for data, metrics, and measurable outcomes.

Alex is a seasoned digital workplace strategist and product leader who is currently the Co-Founder at Traffyk.ai. With more than 17 years of experience, he has established himself as an expert in digital engagement, data analysis, and workplace technology solutions.

Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated an exceptional ability to navigate the nexus between workplace behaviour, channels, and digital technology implementation, with expertise across employee engagement, intranet development, and digital channel optimisation. Prior to co-founding Traffyk.ai, Alex spent more than six years leading digital transformation initiatives at Commonwealth Bank.

Alex's professional portfolio includes collaborations with numerous prestigious financial institutions and media organizations.  At Traffyk.ai Alex brings his unique perspective, shaped by extensive experience in both communications strategy and technical implementation to drive transformation in workplace infrastructure and provide accurate measurable data to gain an understanding of workplace behaviour patterns.

Dan has extensive experience solving challenging problems through machine learning and AI, gained through his previous roles with HSBC UK as their Lead Data and Machine Learning (ML) resource, helping to identify and fight financial cybercrime. He obtained his PhD from the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation and UTS in 2016, developing a method for predicting the formation of advanced nuclear materials for safer more advanced nuclear power reactors. He continued his research at Imperial College London, working with leading UK organisations and went on to consult for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority. Earlier in his career Dan was a national professional gamer who represented Australia.

With over 7 years of professional experience, Roman has mastered full-stack development and honed his cloud engineering skills after starting as a front-end developer.

Ke holds a PhD in machine learning with a focus on deep reinforcement learning. He has extensive experience and a keen interest in leveraging advanced AI techniques to solve complex real-world problems. He brings his passion for innovation and commitment to developing cutting-edge products for the benefit of our clients.

Finian is an experienced data scientist and engineer with a demonstrated ability to combine leadership and collaboration skills with broad technical expertise, to deliver robust, scalable cloud-based data solutions across Traffyk’s client base. He thrives in our fast-paced start-up, data analytics environment, supporting the tech, data and management teams.

Catriona joins Traffyk.ai in the role of Director of Business Development and Communications. Catriona brings her extensive experience as a senior strategic communications advisor, advising Boards and senior management.

After completing his Master’s of Computer Science at Melbourne University, Jack Joined the Data Science team at Traffyk in February 2025. He has a strong full-stack skillset and is an out-of-the-box thinker. His approach to applying AI, machine learning and advanced analytics to meeting our customers need is rigorous and the outcomes are amplified by his enthusiastic character.
