The Candidate

We're seeking an established post-doc or recent PhD graduate to bring their curiosity, and passion for knowledge to the commercial space. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and deep experience in machine learning. Main duties will include analysing structured and unstructured datasets, training machine learning models, developing agentic workflows using LLMs, and assisting to deploy these models/workflows into production. Additionally, working with data engineers to communicate requirements for data formatting when productionising new models and visualisations. Creative thinking and initiative are key qualities that are required. This role offers a unique opportunity for academics looking to transition their expertise into industry. No previous commercial experience is required.
