Whatever you do, do NOT run this paper through AI!

Over the last year or so, as our clients have fast tracked the roll out of conversational
workplace agents. Think Slackbot, Rovo, Co-pilot, Gemini. And we started to notice
something interesting in the data. Noise is on the rise, and cut-through is dropping.

Now, as a CEO of an AI company, I’m a big fan of these agents, but the unintended
consequence of these new tools is that:

  - The first and often only set of eyes reading your well-crafted leadership notes
     belong to a machine.
  - The inbox summaries miss key messages when reducing the comms load to a few manageable dot points.

Welcome to the age of communications DISINTERMEDIATION!.

So, what do you do?

We’ve thought about it a lot, and we’ve come up with a genius framework that:

  1. Uses AI to build quality content
  2. Reduces the AI summarisation trap
  3. Automatically builds a single source of truth
  4. Improves face-to-face channels that are harder to disintermediate
  5. Sets up infrastructure for risk signals to be easily seen.

The paper in the link will give you more. It is short, because I wanted you to read it. Really read it. Not run it through AI and get a summary. And then think. Think about how you and your organisation engage with your teams. How you communicate to them and with them. If you’re honest, you’ll admit that it doesn’t work. Never really has in fact.

It is time to completely rethink how to organise and optimise these complex operational and communications ecosystems. With the impact of disintermediation starting to dawn, it should be an imperative of every head of communications and corporate affairs.

Read the paper in the attached link and get in touch if you want to know more.
